Aurum Restaurant and Seven Hotel present a night of luxury as they team up again with celebrity Chef, Dipna Anand.

Enjoy a special gastronomic voyage through India and beyond as part of a six-course tasting menu, sampling innovative dishes such as the famous Indian street food like papri chaat, tandoori king prawn, chicken makhani and pilau rice.

Anand is Co-owner of the famous “Brilliant” Restaurant in Southall and “Dip in Brilliant” on Fulham Road and Author of “Beyond Brilliant”.

She also lectures at the University of West London, specialising in hospitality, catering, food studies and Indian cookery, runs an Indian cookery school, carries out food demos, pop-up chef events and is currently on a mission to teach the nation how to cook real Indian food with her new TV show, Dip In Kitchen.

Anand works with Compass Group UK as brand Chef for its Punjabi food range and is now on the brink of creating her own ready meals range.
