Ragaswara are immensely pleased to be hosting one a Tamil language concert with one of the biggest names in Indian playback music… K S Chitra.

“Chinna Kuyil” Chitra, was first introduced to the Tamil industry by world-renowned Music composer Illayaraja in the film “Nee Thaana Antha Kuyil” for the song “Poojaikketha Poovithu” in 1985. The title “Chinna Kuyil” (the Little Nightingale) was given to Chitra after her popular song “Chinna Kuyil Paadum Paatu”, from the move Poove Poochudava. The song is one of Chitra’s evergreen hits frequently requested at her concerts by audiences all over the world.

She has gone on to sing over 25,000 songs in a number of Indian languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Hindi.
